Lychee

Lychee is grown best in northern Thailand due to its cool temperature. This tropical fruit has many varieties – Bengal, Brewster, Emperor, Kaimana, Ohia, Sweet Cliff, and more, which are up for grab from May – July.

Lychee can be enjoyed raw or in the form of juice. It is available in other forms: dried, canned, fresh, frozen, and 100% juice.

It is a good source of vitamins and minerals, including Vitamins C, B6, and K, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, and copper. Lychee can help reduce symptoms associated with cold and allergy and promote gut health.
