IMPACT’s newcomer orientation January 2024

On January 2024, the Corporate Human Resources Department organized an orientation session to welcome 26 newcomers. who will join different teams including Management Office, Restaurant Group, Japanese Restaurant Group, Sales and Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Kitchen, Lake Front and Exhibition Project etc.

The orientation started with a “Welcome to IMPACT” activity to introduce newcomers to IMPACT, followed by an icebreaking activity that allowed everyone to get to know each other. After that, there was an introduction to employees’ benefits and welfare, rules and policies, as well as core competency and evaluation system process. Moreover, the Corporate Human Resources Department has launched the Onboarding Program, a new program for the new employees. They will have to complete different tasks through Hello Board to collect stamps which can be redeemed for souvenirs from IMPACT.
